What are the available shipping options?

Currently, all orders are shipped exclusively through the GLS carrier. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

What is the shipping cost?

  • Mainland Portugal: €6.90. If the order value is over €100, shipping is free.
  • Madeira, the Azores and Europe: The price is automatically calculated by the website during checkout, depending on the order weight and shipping zone.

To which regions or countries do you deliver?

In addition to national shipments (Mainland Portugal and islands), we also deliver to Europe.

In the payment section, when entering the delivery address, you can check if the desired location is within our delivery area.

How long does it take to ship my order?

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days
  • Madeira and the Azores: 7 to 12 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 business days

How can I track my order?

There are two ways to track your order:

  1. After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with a link to the order status page, where you can check the progress of your order.
  2. If you have an account on our store, you can log in and check the order status directly in the customer area.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us via email at suporte@puradrinks.com. The change can only be made before the order is shipped. After shipping, it will not be possible to modify the address.

What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns.
